Generation Gaps

This course explores the concept of generation gaps—differences in values, communication styles, work ethics, and cultural expectations among various age groups. Students will examine the historical context of generational divides, from Baby Boomers to Generation Alpha, and how these differences impact families, workplaces, education, and society at large. The course aims to foster empathy, improve intergenerational communication, and promote collaboration across age groups through discussions, case studies, and real-life scenarios.
